AiM METHOD

Movement-based joint mechanics assessment and correction.

Dynamic gait mechanics for total-body integration.

Think of an Anatomy in Motion (AiM) assessment as a full-body "software update" for how you walk using the Flow Motion Model. Instead of just focusing on where it hurts, we look at how your 360+ joints move together in a 3D chain reaction. If you’ve had an old injury, your brain often "forgets" how to use certain parts of your body to protect you. We find these frozen spots—like a stiff ankle or a stuck hip—and use specific, simple exercises to "remind" your nervous system how to move naturally again. We identify these missing links and use "wedges" (small foam pads placed under the feet) or specific exercises to physically remind your brain how to use those forgotten spaces, making your movement feel effortless and fluid again. The goal is to get your entire body working as a synchronized team so you can move without effort or restriction.
