This 90-minute session starts with a detailed 16-point TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) physical screen and an Onform video analysis to identify the biomechanical issues in your swing. After we identify your physical limits, a targeted movement intervention sample of Myofascial Release, Fascia Stretch Therapy, or RAPID Neurofascial Reset is used to address the neurological and soft-tissue restrictions we identified. This approach helps us not only spot your challenges but also improve your range of motion for a smoother, pain-free athletic turn.
